Really, Workplace? The email, calendar and college portal login platform, often slightly broken and currently very broken (it’s been a month and a half since I’ve been sure my emails would reach anybody on the college domain, since half of the college is migrated and half isn’t yet and the people on either side are having trouble getting emails to deliver to one another despite IT’s assurances that this cannot possibly be happening) you thought you would just update without any consultation from the community on what it should look like or what applications you’d choose, but the new phone system merits two-hour open-invite presentations, three surveys now, and two weeks of nagging personal emails about same? Really?
*crankily fills out survey*
Also, I’m supposed to have a publisher meeting this morning, but the rep never told me where it was, only when, and hasn’t answered my emails asking for clarification. I’m giving it one more email and thirty more minutes and then writing it off. I have actual work to do that isn’t sitting around thinking very hard that big textbook publishers are evil and ruining post-secondary education and concentrating equally hard on not saying any of that out loud.
