Okay. Daily Show.

Protestors praying against some new judge position. I don't remember the details. I just remember this guy.

Crazy!Christian Protestor: "It was JUDGES who decriminalized abortion! It was JUDGES that removed prayer from public schools! And it was JUDGES who voted to remove "under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance..."

He's yelling with great stupidity passion against the evils of judges, or some specific judge, or democracy, or something, and I'm sitting here considering the choreography of the opening steps of a "Yay! Judges!" dance.

My first thought was that there are clearly massive chasms of perceptual difference between crazy morons religiously-focused voters and those of us who consider religion to be obscenely out-of-place in any kind of purportedly democratic government.

The second was that I am a godless heathen, and I love it.

"The Renaissance," says my history prof, "was when artists finally, FINALLY, admitted that people were naked under their clothes."

This is the same prof who told us about the time he was standing somewhere in Rome, looking at a little piece of broken wood claiming to be part of the Cross, and two English women were murmuring in awe, and he turned and told them "Madam, if I took all the supposed pieces of the Cross and put them together, I could build a bloody big boat." Apparently there are enough pieces in existence to build a fleet big enough to re-enact at least a couple of the Crusades. "They looked quite shocked," he says. "I think they must have thought I was an American."

Ah, Da Vinci. Did not know Latin or Greek, so was not *really* a Renaissance Man.

Still cool. :P

Stupid Ikea. Bastards. >.<

Also, for some reason the Mums on the balcony are blooming. This is very confusing, as I have thought them dead for approximately two months. And now they're a different colour, too. Bizarre.

Bleeding. Ow. >.

I am evidently one-quarter of the way through my paper. This is... heartening. And I have quotes! Many, many quotes! I like this kind of history class. English-type papers, I can do. Yes. :D

Okay. Still have to write most of the stuff to go *around* the quotes...

...and finish that other book.

Not so much with the sleeping, then, tonight, again. :(

Finished! Bwahahah! I have finished my paper! I have finished a paper before nine o'clock at night! Rejoice, for it is a strange and wondrous ocurrence and we will probably never see its like again!

And now I will upload it so I don't forget it tomorrow. :)
